Hi! Thanks for stopping by to check out this little blog-o-mine! I'm Shannon and I am on a quest for a better, healthier life for me and my family. As you get to know me (through Waits and Measure(ment)s, you will find that I am a mom first and foremost, then a wife, then me, and I wouldn't have it any other way. My girls and my husband are who inspire me to be the best possible version of myself that I can be. I try to workout at least 5-6 days a week, eat healthy, and continue to learn more as a Beach Body Coach. My ultimate goal is a happy, healthy life with no regrets.
