Spring into Action-plan

     I have been lazy lately.  Well, not really, but yes.  I have not been as regimented with my actual work out workouts.  My husband reminded me though that there are other things that I have been doing to make up the difference (at least somewhat).  I mowed the grass, did a bunch of weeding and gardening, and the usual chasing the kids around over the weekend.  So, I will let it go that I enjoyed the sunshine more so than focused on the treadmill. :)
     I am looking forward to getting outside some more and utilizing that sun energy for my workouts.  Biking, running the trails in the park and I think I am going to try some backyard yoga this summer too.  It's a start.
